I went into mediscrubs to buy Christmas scrubs and I had the most wonderful experience! As soon as I walked in I was approached by Colleen who showed me the latest Christmas scrubs and offered me to try them on, and grabbed me the correct sizes. Colleen made my experience quick and easy and she was so lovely. Thank you Colleen for having such amazing customer service ❤️

This company honestly is by far one of the best I’ve ever dealt with! I accidentally ordered the wrong size during my overnight shift, called them up the next day to rectify- solved within less than 5 mins. No dramas. Bonnie is an absolute gem and around the Christmas period I was extremely impressed with the succinct and efficient manner my problem was solved in!

Bought 2 sets recently, very cheap material they used and baby pink one is sooooo thin, patient can tell what color of my underwear is. Emailed them twice for return, never replied to me back. Well, never but it here next time.

Disappointing thread material . Ordered two pants and shirt. Blue pants have a decent thread but the navy pants had a different one. Thread became undone while in the wash. Not sure how it happened because it was fine before. Seem to occur inside the pants.

Worker: Colleen is SO RUDE! Seriously made my experience bad. She was literally complaining about my mum putting stuff back in the wrong place when my mum had actually asked her first if she should put it back or if Colleen should? Which is her job! Not my mums. My mum put something back in the wrong spot and Colleen said: ‘ugh it’s just like a Saturday when everything is put back wrong’ Seriously disrespectful to customers. It’s your JOB! To put things back and re hang stuff. Spent $250 and wasn’t even given a free bag for all my items.

The scrubs are a nightmare to iron, even if you iron them when wet. Do not give your email to this company. I bought scrubs from them in 2015, and have been completely spammed since, in spite of written requests to take me off the mailing list, multiple attempts to block, report spam etc. Spam city

Have been wearing Mediscrubs for the last 10yrs or so. Always loved how comfortable and hard wearing they were. Just received a new set and very disappointed in the quality. The fit isn’t as good and the material looks cheaper but the price has almost doubled since I last ordered (admittedly) 5yrs ago. The 5yr old scrubs I have look better than these new ones :(

Very comfortable scrubs. I’ve found with other brands the waist elastic is too firm and makes them uncomfortable but mediscrubs are great! I did have to do an exchange to size down on the tops compared to what the sizing recommended so that …
